haaa amik kau post banyak sekali dalam satu hari. nasib baik ada wifi. so let's move on to the other chapter. hihihihi. measuring the success of strategic initiatives, that is chapter 4. i have more and more and more chapter to be review.

in this chapter we more concentrate about efficiency and effectiveness. i didn't enter class when miss salina teach this chapter. lucky me this chapter have a little bit related to the last semester subject which is economy. my friends also have teach me what they understand about this chapter. thanks korang :* besides that, miss have prepare quiz for this chapter and it's make me more understand :) so i have to make revision by myself and do a lot of revision
