alhamdulilah thank you Allah for giving me chance to breath and continue my life again in this world. i have been postpone my post or my opinion about what i'm learn in class for a long time. one of the reason because i don't have any broadband or wifi that i can use. second is lazy :p sorry miss for that. hihihihi. but if i continue with my lazy attitude i will not get anything.

what will happen if i continue lazy

this chapter i learn about strategies initiatives for implementing competitive advantage. alhamdulilah i quite understand this chapter and i got quite good result in quiz. strategies initiatives involve

1. supply chain management (SCM)
2. customer relationship management (CRM)
3.  business process re engineering (BPR)
4. enterprise resources planning (ERP)

 for me supply chain management is more easy to understand compare with enterprise resources planning. this is because it a little bit complex. selain tu saya more focus dalam kelas, so senang lar nak faham kan. there have more key words in this chapter. so if this chapter will be ask in final, in sha allah i can answer it :)
